Here you will discover through your mind-body yoga practice how to combine stretching, deep breathing exercises and meditation to improve a variety of health conditions, reduce stress, develop better focus, calm your mind and elevate self-awareness.

How to begin..

Introductory session:

If you need support to start your yoga practice, we invite you to begin with an Introductory session. In this one hour private session between you and the instructor we will check your body conditions; balance, felixibility, and breathing. We will recommend the most beneficial classes for you to start.
